We are clinicians, scientists, activists, and technologists dedicated to encouraging sports and exercise, especially among children and young adults, while simultaneously preventing sports injuries. We offer our trainees evidence-based strategies to help reduce their personal risk of injury while enhancing their sports performance.
We conduct world-class medical and scientific research focused on the prevention of sports injuries and the effects of exercise on health and wellness. We develop innovative methods of promoting exercise in children.

Biomechanical Testing
We transform athletes into professionals by cultivating customized training programs through our innovative technology. Using Biomechanical Assessments, we can target areas of improvement and build on strong skills through training programs that are specialized for you.
The data gathered from our assessments will provide us with the information we need to push you further as an athlete in the safest way possible. Not only will this improve your skills all around, it will provide you with long-term benefits. You’ll be able to train harder, play harder, and extend the duration of your career by reducing the risk of injury. Get ready to start a training program like no other.

Nutrition
Every meal and snack is an opportunity to positively impact your health and performance. As an athlete, your diet plays a critical role in your performance. It’s important to eat the right foods at the right time to have a positive impact on your health, energy level, healing power, and rate of recovery.

Hydration
One of the most important components to a successful workout is proper hydration. Not drinking enough water is just as harmful as not eating enough food. When you’re dehydrated and your body isn’t fueled, your performance decreases. Dehydration can lead to a significant decrease in concentration, reaction time, coordination and stamina. Dehydration of only 3% of muscle can lead to a 10% loss in contractile strength and 8% loss of speed. The National Athletic Trainers Association states that exercising in a dehydrated state will impair performance in less than one hour, will decrease performance up to almost 50%, and will increase your risk of developing a heat illness.
